Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.8 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed today, Tuesday, the recording of 300 sales worth 1.14 billion dirhams, including 42 sales of land worth 394.5 million dirhams and 258 sales of apartments and villas worth 746.9 million dirhams.
The most important land sales were worth 28.7 million dirhams in the Palm Jebel Ali area, followed by a sale worth 25.31 million dirhams in the first Dubai Investment Park area, followed by a sale worth 23 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.

The Palm Jebel Ali area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 10 sales worth 201 million dirhams, followed by Hind City 4, recording 6 sales worth 7.67 million dirhams, and third in Dubai Investment Park 1, recording 5 sales worth 44.7 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 132 million dirhams came in the Business Bay area as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 34 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a sale worth 28 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

The Al Barsha South Fourth area topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 27 sales worth 31.78 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay area, recording 23 sales worth 168.25 million dirhams, and a third in Me’aisem 1, recording 19 sales worth 25.6 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 568.5 million dirhams, including 19 mortgages for lands worth 228.8 million dirhams and 162 mortgages for villas and apartments worth 339.7 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Business Bay area with a value of 211.7 million dirhams and another in the Al Nahda 2 area with a value of 85 million dirhams.

As for donations, it witnessed the registration of 32 donations worth 91.5 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Umm Suqeim II area worth 31 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area worth 11.21 million dirhams.
