Dubai real estate queues continue... and land in “Meydan”

Buyers and owners' representatives raced again since Monday night - Tuesday, to the Nakheel Properties sales center, to reserve their seats on the ladder of the "Naya in District One" project offered by Meydan, so that the phenomenon of human queues continues in the Dubai real estate market. Meydan launched the new residential project managed by Nakheel, within Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

“Naya in District One” consists of three towers whose roofs are decorated with green gardens, and includes one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, in addition to lagoon villas with private gardens and terraces.

The towers are located on the shores of the largest artificial crystal lake in the world. The residential units' floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the lagoon and the Dubai skyline. The project guarantees its residents safe and comfortable housing in the heart of a gated community enhanced with 24-hour protection.

Issam Galadari, CEO of the Meydan City Foundation, said: “The Naya residential project in District One provides a resort-style atmosphere, and will provide a high-quality lifestyle for its residents and a family-friendly community. The project falls within the framework of our ongoing commitment to developing exceptional communities in District One, making it the ideal destination for upscale lifestyles in Dubai.”

The “Naya in District One” project is located four kilometers from the heart of Downtown Dubai. District One is a comprehensive multi-purpose destination that combines luxury, nature and elegance, provides easy access, and includes modern facilities and luxury homes in the middle of one of the city’s most prominent locations. “District One” was designed to support indoor and outdoor activities, as 60% of its space was allocated to open green parks, and it includes more than 8 kilometers of cycling and running paths, in addition to 14 kilometers of residential spaces on the beach.
